Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM.
- Support and configure modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Learning, and/or Absence, depending on business needs.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Manage system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, releases, and production support.
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits of employee and organizational data.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle, IT, and third-party vendors when necessary.
- Support integrations between Oracle HCM and payroll, benefits, finance, recruiting, identity management, and other systems.
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, workflows, security roles, and standard operating procedures.
- Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Partner with HR leadership on process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure HR systems and processes comply with applicable privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Train HR users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Assist with ad HR projects and tasks such as benefits enrollment, reporting, audits, event planning, project management, etc.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or Human Resources Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HRIS and employee data management.
- Understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and record maintenance.
- Experience supporting employee inquiries and providing day-to-day HR assistance.
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Experience with HR reporting, data entry, and basic data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees and managers at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
