    · 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (No nights or weekends)

    · 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (No weekends)

    · Weekend Package Opportunities (part-time)

    o 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

    New Hope Village provides exceptional care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) setting.     Position Overview

    New Hope Village is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Campus Residential Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication administration, providing prescribed treatments, conducting medication audits, and delivering educational support to staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    Medication Administration

    · Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

    · Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects.

    · Collaborate with RN Coordinators to evaluate and adjust care plans as needed.

    Auditing and Compliance

    · Conduct routine audits of medication administration records and treatment documentation.

    · Ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to best practices.

    · Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.

    Education and Staff Development

    · Provide training and ongoing support for Certified Medication Aides (CMAs).

    · Educate staff on medication administration procedures, policies, and best practices.

    Documentation

    · Maintain accurate, complete, and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment interventions.

    · Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality standards.

    Qualifications

    · Current RN or LPN license in good standing.

    · Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

    · Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

    · Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
