New Hope, a nonprofit organization based in Carroll, IA, is on a mission to empower individuals with disabilities to thrive, and we’re looking for someone special (like you!) to join us as a Life Enrichment Coordinator.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Life Enrichment Coordinator, you’ll be the spark behind the smiles — helping people live their best lives by:

• Supporting individuals in setting and achieving personal goals

• Planning and leading engaging activities and community outings

• Encouraging independence, advocacy, and skill-building

• Assisting with health and wellness needs, medical appointments, and documentation

• Mentoring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

• Promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion every step of the way

You'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring that each person’s voice is heard and that their life is enriched through meaningful experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• A big heart, a bright mind, and a love for helping others shine

• A High School Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience

• A strong sense of initiative, empathy, and creativity

• Ability to lead, mentor, organize, and advocate with passion
