Gastops’ products and services add value throughout the life cycle of complex critical equipment from the design stage through to in-service operations and support.  We design, manufacture, and support advanced equipment sensing and analysis products, including on-line oil debris sensors, torque measurement sensors, turbine blade health sensors, and at-line oil analysis systems.

    Based in Ottawa, Ontario, the Office Administrator will report to the Office Manager and will have a wide range of duties which ultimately focus on administrative and business development support.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Assist with day-to-day operations of the office.
    • Greet visitors and ensure all protocols are followed upon their arrival.
    • Maintain internal filing systems accordingly (paper and/or electronic).
    • Manage and order office supplies and material.
    • Print and assemble documents and binders.
    • Answer telephone, take and relay messages when required.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Filing and scanning of various documents and projects.
    • Assist with development of documents and ensuring completeness and selection of appropriate format is used for all documents and presentation materials.
    • Coordinate tradeshow logistics and bookings.
    • Working as part of a cross departmental team, assist in the coordination and execution of corporate events such as lunch & learns, receptions, open houses, seminars, and meetings (internal/external).

    What You Bring: 

    • Diploma in Office Administration, or a related field.
    • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently as well as a team.
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
    • Advanced computer skills including Teams and Microsoft Office 360 Products, typing speed of 75 wpm.
