Your role as a IT Application Analyst - Warehouse Systems

Key responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot warehouse management and logistics applications
• Investigate application issues, analyse data and logs, and identify root causes
• Develop and maintain Progress ABL solutions, reports, interfaces, and utilities
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver practical system improvements
• Support WMS, ERP, automation/MHE, and external system integrations
• Perform SQL-based data analysis, testing, deployments, and documentation
• Collaborate with operations, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
• Monitor application performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Progress ABL and Power BI, combined with a good understanding of warehouse management, inventory, logistics, and operational processes.

• 3-5 years' experience in application support, systems analysis, or a similar role.
• Good SQL and relational database skills
• Experience with Progress 4GL / ABL, Power BI desirable but not essential
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations
• Experience supporting business-critical applications in a production environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of warehouse automation and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) an advantage
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, or cold-chain environments
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and Agile delivery methods
