WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL DUTIES) … We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is vital in providing high-quality mental health care to our patients. The APRN will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a deep understanding of mental health disorders, and a commitment to enhancing patient well-being. Main

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings Provide medical and clinical consultations to dually diagnosed clients and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, including monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NMH standards.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychiatric interventions and adjust recovery plans as necessary.
    • Focus on health maintenance, disease prevention and psychoeducation for clients and families.
