Salary Range: $52,000 - $63,000 Annually
Location: Middletown, RI
Schedule: Full Time/ 37.5 hours/week

We are seeking an experienced case manager to join our Substance Use Services team. The Case Manager is responsible for actively engaging and collaborating with clients to reduce barriers to achieving positive outcomes in critical areas of life.
