- Design, implement and maintain processes in ERP in accordance with the business need.
- Drive adoption of ERPNext within NRT across functions and departments
- Support with decision making on modules and change management in ERPNext. Define long term software requirements with change over plan.
- Master Data Management and report generation for periodic review of ERP Performance
- Manage vendors from requirement gathering, solutioning, execution and training.
- Configure minor internal optimizations without dependency on suppliers.
- Manage roles and access controls through Admin rights.
