Pre-Sales Manager

 Proficiency in making Bids & Proposals – preferably in the defence & aerospace sector
 Excellent written & spoken proficiency is a pre-requisite
 Office management & administration experience
 Higher letter writing skills and proof reading abilities
 Proficient in MS Office tools including making & delivering business presentations
 Higher Excel tools & accounting familiarity is expected
 Handle business correspondence with senior officials
 Project Management experience
 Ability to understand & grasp technical as well as commercial documentation. Should be able to prepare techno-commercial documents.
 Ability to thrive in a cross functional environment especially while interacting with R&D teams involved in deep tech projects, as well as engaging with corporate accounts & finance.
 Preferred to have APMP & PMP certifications. If not, then would be required to give an undertaking to acquire APMP certification within probation period.
 High integrity standards is a must with requirement to be ready for undergoing background checks & verifications necessary to work on sensitive projects.
 Good at managing very effective inter-personal communication.
 It is required that the individual is highly conscientious in work ethics, diligent in delivering on time work, and methodical in keeping records.
Education: Preferably MBA from a renowned institute or CS with APMP / PMP certifications
Experience: Overall it is desirable that the right candidate has about 7-8 years of work experience.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience is essential in an industry/corporate/similar setting in the specified role asked in this job description.
