Quality Inspector

QA-1/QC-1   &  QA2/QC-2

Must have skills:

• Hands on Inward, In-process and Final inspection Quality activities.
• Inspection of mechanical / electrical components, raw material, sub-assemblies and Finished products.
• Reading Mechanical Drawings and Wire harness/ Cable harness documents.
• Conduct First-Article-Inspection (FAI) and knowledge of AS9102B.
• Basis knowledge on QA standards & tools.

Good to have skills:

• Good Knowledge in &QC tools, FMEA, RCCA ..
• Understanding of Non-conformance, deviation, positive recall, rejections, root cause analysis and Corrective action.
• Basic knowledge on Drones and testing related to UAV .

Soft Skills –

QA-3  &  QA-4

Must have skills:

• Good knowledge on QA Requirement (including Process, Product, System & product Qualification).
• Able to guide team on Inward and In-process Quality activities.
• Review, Prepare and Monitor First-Article-Inspection activities and knowledge of AS9102B.
• Good knowledge on Aerospace components, inspection methods and inspection instruments.
• Good knowledge on Drawing interpretation and understanding.
• Knowledge on Special processes for Aerospace components.
• Knowledge on Drones and testing related to UAV.
• Work with CFT for continuous improvement & process improvement.
• Work with Supplier to monitor supplier performance and improve supplier Quality process & standard.
• Good knowledge on Acceptance Plan, and other standards such as MIL, JSS..
• Strong knowledge on AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• Knowledge on measuring instruments, gauges and calibration.
• Conduct process audit and product audit.
• Handling in-house rejections and Customer complaints and systematic approach to root cause analysis and corrective action.

Good to have skills:

• Good Knowledge in &QC tools, FMEA, RCCA..
• Good knowledge on Understanding of Non-conformance, deviation, positive recall, rejections, root cause analysis and Corrective action.
• Develop SOP, Quality plans, Work instruction, process instructions.
• Knowledge on Critical and Key characteristics and process capability.
• Knowledge on Lean and Sig Sigma tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, KAIZEN, POKA_YOKE, 5S concepts and tools…).
• Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 9001 or AS9100 will be added advantage.
