Primary Responsibilities:
- Day to day Bookkeeping in ERP system.
- Managing of Statutory compliance with making monthly payment & filing of monthly returns of Income tax, Secretarial compliance (Knowledge), Goods & Service tax (GST), Tax deducted at Source (TDS), Provident fund (PF), Employee state Insurance (ESI), State taxes, FEMA etc.
- Preparation of monthly MIS and Financial statements (Balance sheet, Profit and loss account and cashflow statement etc).
- Maintenance of Profit and loss account project wise.
- Accounts payable and Receivable Management.
- Managing and making day today bank payments, vendor’s management, Procurement management etc.
- Monthly Payroll processing, managing PF and TDS for employees
- Coordinating with Statutory, audit and Internal audit for timely closure of audits.
- Coordinating with customs clearance agents for imported items.
- Managing petty cash for small internal spends for admin staff.
- Should keep self-updated about trends/financial news and updates.
Education:
- Should be a BCom graduation/Postgraduate from a well know university with good experience.
- CA Inter (preferable) having 3 to 5 years of experience.
Technical skills:
- Should have good knowledge of accounting software like Tally ERP etc.
- MS office knowledge, especially Excel.
- Google drive, google docs knowledge.
