Your Everyday at Nexi
As a Backoffice Consultant, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Denmark and Krakow. Together, we provide specialized customer support and operational services for Acquirers, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banks, and payment industry partners across the Nordic region. Our team handles a wide range of payment-related inquiries and services, ensuring secure, efficient, and high-quality support for both our partners and their customers.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• • Support Acquirers and PSPs with operational inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel.
  • Give input to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of tasks and work independently.

  • Maintain high service quality and compliance standards.

What We Value in You

Essential Qualifications: 

• • Strong communication skills in Danish and English and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Experience working in a customer service, operations, payments, banking, fintech, or related environment is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on available information.

    Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in high-pressure situations.

Bonus Skills: 

• • Experience working with Acquirers, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banks, or other financial institutions.
  • Understanding of card payment flows and transaction processing.
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
