    Your Everyday at Nexi
    As a Card Disputes Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poland. Together, we will work closely with merchants and internal teams to investigate cases, apply scheme rules and help protect our customers from unauthorized or incorrect charges
    About Your Future Role
    In this position, you will:

    • Manage cardholder disputes end-to-end 
    • Analyze transaction details
    • Process Chargebacks and Representments
    • Identify correct dispute reason codes
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
    • Detect potential fraud indicators
    • Collaborate with merchants and internal stakeholders
    • Ensure accurate documentation
    • Identify trends to improve internal processes and enhance customer experience

    Essential Qualifications: 

    • Fluency in German (C1 or native level) and excellent English communication skills
    • 3+ years of background in Payments, Banking, Finance or Fraud Operations
    • Self-driven and proactive with strong prioritization skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Bonus Skills: 

    • Knowledge of Scheme dispute regulations and compliance processes
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Experience in leading training sessions & process improvements
    • Hands-on experience with dispute platforms and case-management tools
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality and compliance discipline
