KLAS 8 News Now the CBS affiliate in Las Vegas, Nevada is actively recruiting for a Broadcast Director. This shift will be consistent with our AM team but will also require flexibility to be on call as needed by the News department. The Director coordinates the efforts of all technical operators during newscasts and other live and recorded productions. This is a full time position.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
The Broadcast Director must be able to sit, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. In addition, the Broadcast Director must be able to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls. Repetitive movements are required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Work may be conducted in extremely bright or inadequate lighting conditions.
