Operational Excellence (OPEX) Intern

• Student in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production, Materials Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
• English B1–B2 is a plus.
• Availability to work onsite

INTERNSHIP SCOPE

We’re looking for an OPEX Intern to support continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply academic knowledge, learn process improvement methodologies, and gain experience working with cross-functional teams.

EXPOSURE TO THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Assist with data collection, time studies, and process analysis.
• Help identify waste and improvement opportunities within manufacturing processes.
• Gain practical exposure to DMAIC/PDCA and tools such as Project Charter, Ishikawa, Process Mapping, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Collaborate with different functional teams to support improvement projects.

Interns will receive a subsidy package to support expenses such as transportantion, meals, equipment among others.
