We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join an ambitious and international team working on solutions that enhance patient care and advance healthcare globally. You will work in a collaborative environment where your expertise can make a meaningful impact and help deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
In this role, you will
- Develop clean, well-tested, and maintainable code for complex client solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality through unit testing and engineering best practices
- Mentor team members and support their professional and career development
- Collaborate with the team to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications
- Actively contribute to an Agile development team and its continuous improvement
What you will bring
- Extensive experience in backend development
- Excellent knowledge of Java
- Expert-level knowledge of the Spring Boot framework
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture principles and hands-on experience with message queues, such as RabbitMQ
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, including database migrations
- Expert-level knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience designing scalable and reliable applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with highly skilled developers and product owners
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken

Salary range: € 3850 - 6600 gross / month
