About the Role

We’re seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic in-house rehab team. Work alongside experienced clinicians in a flexible, innovative, and evidence-based environment that prioritizes positive outcomes and patient-centered care.

What We’re Looking For 

• A positive, reliable, team-oriented PT
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited BS, MS, or DPT program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• SNF experience preferred, but not required
