The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and other C-suite executives. This includes managing the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has 7 years+ experience.
- Manage the executive's schedule, including scheduling meetings, setting appointments, and confirming travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including responding to emails, screening phone calls, and drafting letters and memos.
- Prepare presentations and reports, including gathering data, formatting documents, and creating visuals.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Provide administrative support to other C-suite executives, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably with experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A legal background is a plus.
