We are seeking a hardworking and diligent individual to join our team as a Verifier. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information provided by the client’s candidates during the pre-employment screening process. The Pre-Employment Verifier will be responsible for verifying employment history, educational credentials, and other relevant information.
- Employment Verification: Verify the employment history of job applicants by contacting previous employers to confirm dates of employment, job titles, and other relevant information.
- Education Verification: Confirm the educational credentials of candidates by contacting educational institutions and validating degrees, certifications, and other qualifications.
- Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to validate the professional reputation and performance of applicants.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all verification activities.
- Operational Support: Different tasks may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Great Customer Service.
- Excellent phone etiquette: This is a call center environment; verifiers are expected to make 100-
200 calls a day. - Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
- Experience with B2B Calls.
- 2 years + experience calling in the US preferred.
