Retail leadership experience at a level relevant to the opportunity, from leading a team or department to supporting or managing a full store operation
Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences
Experience driving sales, service, and operational excellence
Ability to inspire others and foster a positive team culture
Opportunities may arise across our stores in Amsterdam Osdorp, SugarCity, Muiden, Utrecht, Roermond, Lelystad, Groningen, and Roosendaal. You can indicate your preferred location or locations when you apply.
