Additionally, we are looking for students who are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, or a related field
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset
• Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly
• Passionate about sport, culture, and creating meaningful consumer connections
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across teams

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

• Be enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution
• Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027
• Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home
• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Marketing Intern, you'll help bring Nike's brand and storytelling to life through impactful consumer experiences. Internship opportunities are available across Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing (Digital), Retail Marketing (Store), Marketing Operations, and Sports Marketing, where you'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, activations, and brand experiences that inspire athletes* and consumers across EMEA.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and seasonal initiatives
• Leverage consumer, marketplace, and performance insights to inform marketing decisions and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, Retail, Merchandising, and Sports Marketing, to bring brand experiences to life
• Contribute to athlete, partner, or consumer-focused initiatives that strengthen brand engagement
• Help develop reports, presentations, and recaps that measure impact and inform future opportunities
