WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

NIKE Inc’s European Logistics Campus (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium serves a large network of retailers, Nike stores and consumers not just in Europe but across the world. We are looking for engaging and diverse professionals that are willing to join our team for a 3-month internship starting in February at our Nike’s European Logistics Campus in Laakdal, Belgium for (one of) our 3 brands; Nike, Jordan and Converse.

Additionally, we are looking for students who are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Organizational Studies, or a related field
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset
• Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly
• Passionate about people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse stakeholders

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

·       Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution in Belgium

• Be available for a full-time (30-37.5 hours a week), three-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027

·       Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc ELC Campus, Nikelaan 1, 2430 Laakdal and two days from home (Free shuttle bus available daily from Antwerp Central Station – Nike ELC)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Human Resources & People Solutions Intern, you'll help shape the employee's experience and support people-focused initiatives across the ELC. You'll partner with HR professionals and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, enhance operations, and contribute to programs that help employees and the business thrive.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Support HR programs, policies, and processes that enhance the employee experience and drive operational excellence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements across HR operations
• Use data, research, and insights to support decision-making and inform people-related initiatives
• Develop and track reports, metrics, and scorecards that measure impact and support business outcomes
• Contribute to key HR initiatives, including talent, performance, employee experience, and early career programs
