Service Advisor

At NextGen Car Care, we take a lot of pride in how our shop runs.

Things are organized. Customers are kept in the loop. Cars move through efficiently. It’s a place where people know what’s going on and don’t feel like they’re chasing answers.

We’re looking for someone who can step into that and keep it going.

You’ll be working directly with customers, helping them understand what their vehicle needs, and keeping everything moving between them and the technicians. A big part of the job is communication - making sure people feel informed and confident in what they’re doing.

You should be comfortable making recommendations and explaining them in a way that makes sense. The goal is to take care of people and help them make good decisions, not just write up tickets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with customers from the time they arrive through pick-up
• Keeping communication clear between customers and technicians
• Staying organized so nothing gets missed
• Following up so customers always know what’s going on
• Making thoughtful service recommendations

Compensation:
$50,000 – $85,000+ based on performance. Top performers land toward the higher end of that range.
