We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Fulfilment Executive to join our Thailand office. You will own end-to-end fulfilment operations — collecting diamonds, gemstones and jewellery from suppliers, preparing and dispatching shipments, tracking carriers, and processing returns — ensuring items flow in and out of the office with minimal delays and to a high standard.
This is an on-site role based in our Thailand office, working closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to keep the fulfilment process running smoothly, and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving, high-growth startup environment.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Thailand office, ensuring smooth and efficient fulfilment processes
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on the collection of diamonds, jewellery, and gemstones
• Collect diamonds, gemstones and jewellery from local suppliers and prepare items for shipment
• Identify discrepancies between products received and purchase order specifications (stone quality, metal type, certificates, etc.)
• Create inter hub & last mile shipments on the Nivoda platform
• Receive consolidated shipments via Brinks, UPS, FedEx, etc., and mark orders as received in the Nivoda system
• Liaise with suppliers on shipment queries and forward invoices to the finance team
• Follow up with carriers (Brinks, FedEx, UPS, etc.) on shipment delays
• Coordinate with brokers/customs regarding on-time shipment clearance
• Process returned diamonds and jewellery from customers
• Assist customer support teams with shipping queries, order updates, and urgent delivery requests
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of local office processes and workflows
• Logistics experience or familiarity with Brinks, FedEx, UPS, and tracking systems
• Experience managing stock or inventory of high-value products
• Good written and spoken English & Thai communication
• Strong attention to detail
• High levels of honesty, professionalism, and integrity
• Valid driving license
• Diamond/Jewellery QC experience
