    Job Designation: Assistant (Admissions)

    Job Summary:


    The Assistant – Admissions will provide administrative and operational support for admission-related activities, coordinate with Learning Centres (LCs), Information Centres (ICs), the Sales Team and the Central Admissions Department, and ensure timely and accurate processing and maintenance of admission records and data.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with the Sales Team and centres for admission-related information, updates, and guidelines.

    • Assist in resolving admission-related queries and coordinate with the Central Admissions Department as required.

    • Follow up with centres for timely submission of admission forms and supporting documents.

    • Maintain and update admission records, forms, and supporting documents.

    • Ensure timely and accurate updating of admission data in University systems.

    • Prepare and circulate lists of admitted students to the concerned departments.

    • Process Bonafide Certificate requests and validity extension requests as per University policies.

    • Prepare admission-related reports, MIS, and data as required.

    • Provide administrative support to the Student Support Department on admission-related matters.

    • Ensure compliance with prescribed admission procedures, University policies, and guidelines.

    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or the University from time to time. coordination

    Educational Qualification
    • Graduate degree from a recognized university.

    Professional Certifications
    • Any relevant certification in office administration, or academic management is desirable but not mandatory

    Professional Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration   

    • Prior experience in a similar administrative or coordination role is preferred

    Skills and Competencies
    • Good coordination and communication skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

    • Good organizational and follow-up skills.

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Ability to coordinate effectively with students, centres, and internal departments.
