We are looking for an Engagement Manager who thrives at the intersection of client delivery and commercial growth.
This is a hands-on role, where you will spend approximately 50% of your time working directly with clients, advising and delivering within digital transformation initiatives.
The remaining time will be focused on business development, sales collaboration, and shaping NNIT’s R&D offerings.
You will operate across domains such as, Regulatory Affairs, Safety and Clinical, acting as a connector between domain experts, clients, and NNIT’s sales organization, ensuring we translate market needs into impactful solutions and tangible business.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to own and develop client relationships end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and shaping proposals to delivering high-quality consulting engagements.
Your Responsibilities as Engagement Manager in R&D
You will join an international team of highly skilled consultants across Regulatory, Clinical, and Safety, working with leading pharma and biotech companies across Europe.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. German is a plus.
