Sales Director

Based on Elgin, Illinois We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Director of Sales to lead our U.S. sales organization focused on the printing and packaging industry, offering innovative lamination and equipment solutions. This is a newly made position, reporting to the CRO, and it is an exciting opportunity to join a consistently growing organization committed to consultative selling, customer success, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a large, geographically dispersed B2B territorial sales team across the United States.
• Drive aggressive revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Expand business with converters in the printing and packaging industries.
• Champion a consultative sales approach that delivers value-based solutions to customers.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure exceptional customer service intended to elevate the customer experience.
• Coach and mentor sales professionals to maximize performance and professional development.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.
• Facilitate the execution of Unique Solutions by removing obstacles and negotiating with internal partners all devoted to better serve the customer.
