This is a role based in the Netherlands, with office presence in Breda required. You will help support the continued growth, including the activities from the European sister company in Germany. The role will contribute to designing practical structures, improving processes, strengthening controls, and supporting ERP and IT system developments that enable scalable finance operations. You will also help administer the German ERP environment where required within its limited scope.
You will be close to the business, not limited to one narrow task area. The role offers broad exposure to finance operations, international and interdepartmental collaboration, ERP improvement, controls, reporting, and process optimization. It is well suited to someone who wants to grow their skills, make a visible impact, and contribute ideas in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Five or more years of relevant finance experience in the Netherlands is preferred, although equivalent education, training, certifications, or practical experience will also be considered.
