<p><strong>Your Will Be's:</strong></p><ul><li>Own and drive the design vision for multiple product categories. responsible for bringing together <strong>form, function, and user experience</strong> into cohesive and manufacturable designs.</li><li>Work on <strong>new product design</strong> as well as <strong>CMF (Color, Material, Finish)</strong> exploration to deliver exceptional physical experiences that align with the brand’s identity.</li><li>Engage deeply in <strong>user and market research</strong>, uncovering insights that shape design strategy and direction.</li><li>Manage <strong>multiple parallel projects</strong>, collaborate with <strong>cross-functional teams</strong> (Product, Engineering, Marketing), and oversee <strong>external design partners</strong> to ensure timely and high-quality execution.</li></ul><div><strong>  The Ideal Noisemaker: </strong></div><ul><li>Design thinker with over 2-4 years of experience in <strong>small-sized consumer product designs</strong></li><li>Degree from <strong>NID Ahmedabad or an equivalent tier-1 </strong>design school</li><li>Strong <strong>aesthetic sensibility</strong>, technical understanding of materials and processes, and a collaborative            mindset</li><li>You enjoy balancing <strong>creative exploration with real-world feasibility</strong>, and your portfolio reflects both          functional design and visual excellence.</li><li>Your work will span early ideation to final mass production, requiring a strong grasp of manufacturing            constraints, material sciences, and emerging trends.</li></ul><div><br></div>
