DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling and networking hardware and software products.
- Basic understanding of servers, including file, print and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and Samanage ticketing system within 4-hour response time.
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis.
- Adhere to procedures or logging, reporting, using Samanage Ticketing system.
- Will keep the I.T. Manager informed of any, and all issues that may occur.
- Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
- Attend all mandatory meetings.
- All other duties assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer Science Degree or 3 years work experience.
- Working technical knowledge of network and PC Operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10 Microsoft Server Systems.
- Extensive application and support experience with Microsoft Office 2003-2016.
- Working technical knowledge of current computer hardware, protocols, and standards.
- Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated and directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Adjust to a flexible schedule and be reliable.
- Must be available 24/7
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Required to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be 18 at time of hire.
- Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
- Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
