If you want to make a real difference in your community, we’d love to hear from you – even if you’ve never worked in Social Care before.
At Norfolk First Response our reablement approach supports individuals to do things for themselves. We use techniques that support retraining or regaining skills and building confidence to maximise their independence for a period of up to 6 weeks.
What does the role involve?
You will assist and support individuals in their home with tasks to enable them to regain their independence. This may include personal care, medication administration, supervising transfers and mobility, nutritional and hydration needs.
What we’re looking for:
We have the following salaried contracts available from 16.5 to 30 hours per week.
We have roles based across the county, on a rota that balances mornings (7:30am–2pm) and evenings (4:00pm/4:30pm - 9:00pm). Hours are averaged over two weeks, giving you the ability to plan ahead and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
