Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $80,000 - $180,000
Schedule: Monday - Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in the Service Drive
- Listen to customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Recommend appropriate maintenance, repairs, and additional services
- Write accurate and detailed repair orders based on the customer’s concerns and the technician’s inspection
- Clearly communicate recommended repairs, costs, and timelines to customers
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide timely updates
- Communicate any changes to the repair order and obtain necessary approvals
- Work closely with technicians and other Service Department team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Review quality control reports and work to maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) score
- Process customer payments and other monetary transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their service experience
- Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Need:
- Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills
- Ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with customers
- Positive, creative, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze situations and make sound, win-win business decisions
- Honest, empathetic, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
