Description of Work
This position is located in the Pinehurst office. The primary purpose of the position is to provide casework support to Rehabilitation Counselors. The position supports a third-party program with Montgomery County Schools, serving students with disabilities. The major duties include support for caseloads as well as providing support in all aspects of office needs. The position requires a wide range of knowledge regarding community resources and local employers as well as the ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences

• Experience engaging with individuals from underserved, marginalized, or disability communities, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, empathy, and awareness of access and inclusion barriers.
• Proficiency in performing routine administrative and office support functions, such as data entry,document preparation, scheduling, and filing, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective front-line service to the public, including responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining professionalism in diverse and fast-paced environments.
