The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing and verifying medication orders, providing clinical recommendations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
Experience in Long-Term Care pharmacy is preferred.
