Why us?
Even though we are working towards tackling serious problems, we never forget to have fun and play!
We are building a great planet together with awesome people: our everyday focus is on helping people make more good moves. At Vapaus, everyone has an important purpose.
It's our human right to come to the workplace as we are, be ourselves and work with what we love. We aspire to fulfill this promise!
- At Vapaus, we are free to choose the way we work. Freedom also comes with responsibility to oneself, our colleagues, customers and the environment.
- We act openly and honestly. At Vapaus, we promise open, direct and data-driven communication that is a guarantee of growth.
- We encourage childlike curiosity and ambition - we take responsibility without fear because we have each other's support
- Our work increases the well-being of people and the planet. We do not bring a service to the market that is a compromise between money and positive impact.
