    What’s your possible?

At Northrop Grumman UK, you are part of a team driving innovation where it matters most – solving tomorrow’s challenges and shaping the technology solutions of the future. It’s what we call Defining Possible.

This mindset goes beyond our customer solutions; it’s the foundation for your career development and the impact we have within the community.

This is more than a job. It’s a mission.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead a newly formed Business Systems team supporting our EMEA operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive the enterprise applications landscape across a diverse, fast-moving region.

You will sit within the EMEA IT leadership team, working at the intersection of technology and business strategy. Your focus will be to optimise application performance, deliver measurable business value, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organisation.

    Your responsibilities

    • Define and deliver a strategic roadmap for enterprise applications aligned to business priorities and long-term technology direction
    • Lead the end-to-end application lifecycle, including selection, implementation, upgrades, optimisation, and retirement
    • Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems, driving best-practice support and incident management
    • Build, lead and develop a high-performing team of application specialists, fostering innovation and collaboration
    • Partner with business units, IT service lines and external vendors to deliver effective, value-driven solutions
    • Embed governance, security, and compliance standards across all enterprise applications

    What you’ll bring

    • Proven experience in senior applications management or IT leadership roles
    • Strong technical knowledge across enterprise ecosystems such as ERP, PLM, BI, SaaS platforms, integration technologies, Atlassian tools, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or ServiceNow
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence across matrixed organisations to deliver outcomes
    • Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and project delivery capability
    • Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline

    Desirable experience:

    • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or production environments, including secure or classified settings

We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement. If you’re driven, curious, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
