Advisor Analyst - Epic Build Change Control / Data Courier
• Lead and oversee Data Courier functionalities across multiple Epic environments, ensuring the reliable configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Data Courier connections, interfaces, and environment ports to support continuous build migration workflows.
• Establish and enforce build migration standards and environmental version control, configuring Data Courier settings to align with organizational change control processes and ensuring team members and department stakeholders are educated on and compliant with these standards.
• Direct triage and resolution of build migration errors, leading troubleshooting efforts during critical incidents and serving as the escalation point for complex Data Courier and environment-related issues to minimize operational disruption.
• Liaise with application teams to enforce and continuously refine change management standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring integration between change management tooling and Epic environment workflows to maintain audit-ready documentation and traceability.
• Coordinate and co-lead Epic version upgrade activities with Epic Technical teams, tracking application team progress across upgrade milestones, collaborating with Technical teams on environment events and readiness, managing department-level communications and announcements, and enforcing build migration standards throughout the upgrade lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide team members in Data Courier module, change control processes, and environment management best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Be a subject matter expert on Data Courier, Content Management and Change Management.
