Inside Sales Representative

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for their Rochester, NY location. The Inside Sales representative develops prospects and interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone. You would work directly with team members in the field including Energy Auditors, Sales Coordinators, and Department Managers.

Responsibilities:  

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails from leads
• Understand customer needs and requirements to successfully fulfill their expectations
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Maintain customer database with accuracy and precision
• Work with Home Performance and Sales teams to schedule appointments
• Meet monthly department goals
• Demonstrate an outstanding level of professionalism

Job Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in a related area such as Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, English, etc. preferred
• Two or more years of proven experience in inside sales
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• HVAC knowledge or experience a plus

The starting pay rate for this position is $22.00/hr plus commission. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
