Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:

W.F. Hann & Sons are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for their Warrensville Heights, OH, location. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify potential problems for all our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients HVAC systems
• Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
• Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
• Accountable for following all company safety procedures
• Manage maintenance agreements for potential new clients

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of HVAC work experience
• EPA – Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
