Residential HVAC Lead Installer

Job Description:

Phoenix Mechanical is currently in search of an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join their Elmsford, NY team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses the ability to lead and execute residential HVAC installations from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of residential HVAC, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, AC units, etc. for residential clients
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns
• Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• OSHA 10-hour and/or EPA Universal certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
• 3+ years of HVAC experience strongly preferred

The starting base range for this position is $35.00 to $45.00 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
