We are seeking a visionary, high-agency Regional Director to spearhead our expansion into the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This leadership position is ideal for a proven operator who loves entrepreneurship, is energized by building a region from the ground up, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in launching NORY's signature STEM programs in Texas and establishing a powerful regional presence.

    Expansion Plan & Target Locations:
We are initially focusing our expansion on key Dallas–Fort Worth markets, specifically Dallas and surrounding communities. Candidates with deep regional knowledge or existing community connections in these areas will be highly valued. Local travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area is required to support the success of this role.

    Position Details:

    • Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 base salary + up to 20% performance bonus

    • Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Area (On-site / Regional Travel)

    • Employment Type: Full-Time

    Key Responsibilities

    • Launch & Regional Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for NORY’s expansion into the Dallas–Fort Worth area, focusing on launching and scaling our 2026/2027 summer camps and subsequent programs.

    • Partnership Development: Forge and maintain high-value partnerships with local schools, educational organizations, and community stakeholders to secure premium, community-based camp locations.

    • Family Engagement & Outreach: Spearhead localized marketing, networking, and community outreach initiatives to increase NORY's brand visibility and drive local family enrollments.

    • Recruitment & Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing local team of educators and site leaders to ensure the flawless delivery of our STEM curriculum.

    • Operational Management: Oversee all daily regional operations, including budget management, regional P&L accountability, and strict regulatory compliance (local childcare permits, licensing, and safety codes).

    • HQ Collaboration: Work closely with the NYC headquarters to leverage existing resources, maintain strict brand alignment, and implement proven operational best practices.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in educational program management, camp operations, or a closely related field.

    • Proven Expansion Track Record: Demonstrated success in business expansion, educational program growth, real estate procurement for programs, or high-level community partnership formation.

    • Exceptional Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, manage, and inspire remote or multi-site teams while hitting rigorous operational and growth goals.

    • Regional Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Dallas–Fort Worth educational landscape, private/public school systems, and local family demographics.

    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A highly adaptive, strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity and build scalable systems in an evolving market.

    Travel and Training

    • Local Travel: Regular travel within the Dallas–Fort Worth area is required to engage with local communities, cultivate partners, and audit active camp locations.

    • HQ Travel & Training: Periodic travel to NORY's NYC headquarters will be required for executive strategy sessions and team collaboration. NORY provides a comprehensive onboarding program (delivered both virtually and in-person in NYC) to equip you with the exact tools and resources needed to launch a new market.

    • Travel Support: Full financial reimbursement is provided for all required travel to NYC for training and executive alignment.

Live Our Vision: Our 'Ways of Being'

We look for regional leaders who don't just match a skill set, but who deeply resonate with our core culture. At NORY, our daily decisions are guided by our 'Ways of Being':

    • Purpose-Driven: We are intentional in our actions, always leading with "why" to cultivate intrinsic motivation.
