Provide specialized technical support and lead the Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) program, ensuring equipment reliability, supporting the development of the RigSentry platform, and driving continuous improvement to enhance operational excellence and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority in equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Analyze maintenance and condition monitoring data to improve asset reliability and availability.
- Develop maintenance, inspection, and equipment certification plans.
- Support Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs by leveraging digital technologies and advanced analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing equipment.
Qualifications
Requisitos
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Subsea Equipment experience essential.
- Knowledge of maintenance, reliability, and asset management principles.
- CMRP certification or demonstrated expertise in maintenance and reliability is considered an asset.
- Experience in maintenance engineering, technical project management, or maintenance leadership.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
- Availability to work on-site in Macaé or Rio de Janeiro.
