Project Administrator (Senior HR Administrator)

The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth documentation, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare reports.
• Assist in procurement and vendor communication.
• Support project managers in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project administration within contracting companies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
