We are a purpose-driven organization, dedicated to and passionate about delivering nourishment, quite simply, at its very best. Whether it is sourcing the highest quality ingredients, constantly innovating our menu, or taking care of our guests and team members like family, we are relentless in our commitment to providing an unmatched dining experience of the highest level.

    Commissary Kitchen Location:

    7601 N LAMAR BLVD
    AUSTIN TX 78752-1026

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive pay

    • Comprehensive benefits package

    • Complimentary parking

    Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a special sort of person to join our team. We need high-caliber, motivated culinary professionals who are equally passionate about health and wellness as they are about execution and team collaboration.

If you love the energy of a high-volume kitchen but want to be part of a culture that values community, kindness, and growth, you’ll fit right in.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Commissary Line Cook, you will be the backbone of our food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and safety across all stations.

    • Station Mastery: Execute and rotate through both hot and cold stations with precision.

    • High-Volume Prep: Manage daily and weekly prep schedules to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for high-volume demands.

    • Menu Execution: Learn, understand, and flawlessly execute our wellness-focused menu offerings.

    • Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the food menu to act as a resource and answer questions for the wider team.

    • Kitchen Operations: Perform essential opening and closing side work to keep the facility running smoothly.

    • Safety & Compliance: Ensure your workstation complies with all local health codes and food safety standards at all times.

    Being Part of This Team

We build communities, not just staff shifts. To thrive here, you should be:

    • A Team Player: You live in the “We” and not always the “I or Me.” When the kitchen gets in the weeds, you are ready to jump in and help clear a path.

    • Growth-Minded: Dedicated to continuous learning, comfortable receiving constructive feedback, and brave enough to deliver it.

    • Innovative & Adaptable: Not afraid of change, menu evolution, or culinary innovation.

    • Accountable: You take personal responsibility for your station and never just "leave it to others."

    • Kind: You have a genuine care for others, an accommodating attitude, and you say "thank you" a lot.

    What You Should Have (Requirements)

    • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or production environment.

    • Certification: A valid Food Handlers Certification is required (must be obtained before your start date).

    • Skills: Highly organized with a proven ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.

    • Passion: A genuine interest in wellness-focused cuisine.
