The candidate will be expected to participate in clinical care, teaching, research, and university service depending on academic series. The individual will be required to have experience in teaching and training other healthcare providers in all stages of training. They are also required to have the ability to work in a high volume clinic with strong communication, professionalism and time-management skills. This position will work in a multidisciplinary breast health clinic with nurse navigators, genetics, plastic surgery and radiology.
Remuneration is based on a competitive alternate funding plan.
The candidate must be eligible for licensure in Nova Scotia and should have advanced breast surgery training, either from a breast or surgical oncology fellowship.
