Software Engineer — Early Stage

Who you are:

You just finished school or are a couple of years into your career and you already know that a big company with a slow roadmap is not for you. You want to build things that matter, move fast, and be in a room where your work actually changes the direction of the company.

You are the one still working when everyone else has gone home. You care deeply about the craft. You push back when something is not right. You have something to prove.

What you bring:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

-0 to 3 years of engineering experience. We care about trajectory more than tenure.

-Strong fundamentals. You understand how things work at a deeper level, not just how to use them.

-A builder's mindset. You have shipped something, built something, or figured something out that you are proud of.

-Genuine curiosity about AI and what it makes possible.

-The ability to thrive in ambiguity. We do not have all the answers, and neither should you.

What you will do:

-Build products from zero to one alongside a small, exceptional team.

-Take ownership of real problems from day one. No tickets assigned by someone else.

-Move fast, learn faster, and be honest when something is not working.

-Grow into whatever the company needs. This is not a defined box.

Onsite in New York. We would also consider San Francisco or Los Angeles for the right candidate. We work together in person because the best things get built that way.
