Title: Center Manager or Assistant Center Manager (treating clinician)
Location: NovaCare in Baltimore, Maryland (White Marsh/ Nottingham)
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000
Incentives: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and indefinite student loan assistance

This opportunity involves leading a team of outpatient orthopedic physical therapists while providing high-quality rehabilitative and preventative care. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring that each patient receives personalized, evidence-based treatment that promotes optimal function and overall well-being.
