Influencer Manager

NovaKid is a global leader in online English education for children aged 4–12, serving 100000+ students across 50+ countries. We are now looking fo an experienced Influencer Manager.

The Influencer Manager owns end-to-end execution of influencer and celebrity marketing campaigns for one or more regional markets, turning creator partnerships into new-user acquisition. The role sits at the intersection of talent relations, content strategy, budget execution, and cross-functional coordination with performance marketing (PPC) and creative teams.

Celebrity & Creator Partnerships

• Source and identify celebrities and creators fit for the brand and market

• Lead outreach and negotiate contract terms, fees, and deliverables

• Draw up and manage contracts, including renewals and terminations

• Maintain relationships with talent and their representatives (agents, managers) across markets

• Track partnership status from first contact through content delivery and payment

Creator Briefs & Content Strategy

• Write creator briefs: story concepts, key messages, tone, and format requirements per market/celebrity

• Set and enforce editorial rules to keep content on-brand and compliant

• Review content drafts for quality, natural/native-sounding language, and message accuracy before publishing

• Adapt campaign concepts to local market nuances (language, culture, regulatory constraints)

• Coordinate revisions with creators and internal creative resources

Campaign & Budget Management

• Plan campaign timelines and deliverables against acquisition targets

• Prioritize and sequence spend across markets during high-volume periods (e.g. Back to School)

• Coordinate partnership ad activation with the PPC team to keep paid spend flowing

• Track budget allocation and flag risks from delays (e.g. late celebrity deliverables)

• Balance urgent, high-priority regions against steady-state markets

Agency & Vendor Management

• Manage external influencer-sourcing agencies per market (e.g. regional creator agencies)

• Assign and monitor regional coverage across markets to ensure consistent execution

• Evaluate agency performance and reallocate coverage as market needs shift

Administrative Operations

• Prepare and process contracts and invoices for celebrities, creators, and agencies

• Set up and track promo codes tied to campaigns

• Log and monitor PPC-related and other cross-functional tasks (e.g. in Jira)

Reporting & Analytics

• Track sales and CAC (customer acquisition cost) performance by market and period

• Report on campaign metrics such as bookings, trials, and sales predictions

• Summarize period-over-period and year-over-year performance against targets

• Flag and correct data-interpretation issues before they reach leadership

• Prepare weekly/monthly status updates and reports for cross-functional stakeholders

What you bring:

• minimum 3 years of influencer marketing experience covering several countries;

• experience with European influencers and agencies is preferable;

• Fluent English;
