Novant Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing primary care team on Hilton Head Island, SC.
This is an opportunity to build a long-term outpatient practice in one of South Carolina’s most desirable coastal communities while joining a collaborative and expanding physician network.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for or currently holding an active South Carolina medical license
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative approach to working with physicians, APPs, clinical staff, and leadership
- Interest in establishing a long-term practice within the Hilton Head community
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Focus on preventive care, wellness, and long-term patient relationships
- Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
- Build and maintain a strong patient panel within the Hilton Head community
- Partner with clinical and operational leadership to support continued practice growth
- Contribute to quality, patient experience, and population health initiatives
