Provides direct physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist as determined by the plan of care ordered by a physician, consistent with hospital policies and procedures, standards of practice, and regulations as directed by the Rehab Director. Provides assistance to the patient in the restoration of function and prevention of disability following disease, injury, or loss of a limb. Has full access to patient health information. Shift: M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
